Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is one box of roses or one box of any accessory that we have in stock. There is no monetary limit.

What discounts are available on bulk purchases?

We do provide discounts for bulk purchases however this is done on a quotation basis and is reliant on a number of factors. Please contact us by email expressing your proposals and we will respond as soon as possible.

Do your prices include VAT and delivery?

All our prices include VAT. Delivery charges are based on your order and your location.

Do you deliver outside Spain?

We deliver to anywhere Europe. We have great delivery rates. Please contact us by email for a quote.

What are your accepted methods of payment?

For online orders you can pay by debit/credit card, or directly into our bank account by Internet banking or cash at your bank. At our warehouse/office you can pay by cash, or debit/credit card.

How do I order?

All orders can be placed online via this website.

Alternatively you can order by telephone. By ordering on the telephone we can confirm the total amount of your order and, of courses, listen to your needs and advise as required.

You can also place orders by email or by text (see details on the contact us page). Your order will be put on our system and a telephone call will be made to you to confirm the order, price and expected despatch date.

If I order today, when will I receive my delivery?

If your order has been received prior to 12.00 noon, we will endeavour to deliver your goods by 7.00pm the next working day. This is always confirmed when you order.

There is one exception to this: when we are experiencing a heavy order week, we may have to put your order on a 48 - 72 hour delivery. However at an extra cost of 15 Euros per box we can guarantee delivery in 24 hours anywhere in Spain.

Can I mix my own colours in a box?

We stock 6 different starter packs with a selection of different colours in each box. We aim to cover all popular colour mixes. We cannot mix colours to order, as the packs are made in our factory, are sealed and ready to be despatched.

Do I need to pay IVA for orders outside of Spain?

If you are IVA registered, and we confirm your IVA number with Customs, you will not need to pay IVA.

Can I have exclusivity for an area?

We can offer you exclusivity to a new area, providing we do not already have existing clients in that area. Please contact us expressing your proposals and we will respond as soon as possible.

Viewings: Viewings or collections from our warehouse can be made 7 days a week, and out of normal hours, by appointment.
